Saturday 27th July, 2019:
What’s Make-up Got to do with it? A workshop of self-esteem & inner beauty

​

We held an interactive and creative two-hour workshop exploring the way young women perceive themselves. Using the analogy of makeup and linking it to self esteem and inner beauty.

We went through some makeup principles and use it to discussed the following:

​

• How makeup impacts the way women are seen

• What defines you as a woman

• What beliefs underpin the thoughts you have about yourself

• The importance of creating healthy relationships

• What foundations are you building to get to where you want to be in life

• How to truly embrace who you are
